Terms and Conditions of Use | USA RENTAL CAR LLC

The services provided by USA RENTAL CAR LLC are governed by the terms set forth below. By using our website, platform, or by contracting our vehicle rental or subscription services, you agree to all the provisions contained herein.

1. Purpose

The platform owned by USA RENTAL CAR LLC is intended to provide tools for vehicle reservations and the management of a loyalty or subscription program.
The service may include a monthly subscription model in which the customer accumulates points that can be used as rental credit for vehicles in Florida, as well as access to exclusive discounts with partner businesses.

2. Acceptance and Legal Capacity

This Agreement establishes obligations between the platform and the user, whether an individual or a legal entity.

Minimum Age:
To rent a vehicle, the user must be at least 21 years old (subject to underage driver fees) or 25 years old to avoid additional insurance-related fees.

By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and agree to comply with all applicable laws of the United States and the State of Florida.

3. Registration and Required Documentation

Access to the platform’s features requires prior registration with valid and accurate information.

Driver’s License:
To pick up any vehicle, the presentation of a valid, original, physical driver’s license is mandatory.

Important:
Digital documents (such as digital driver’s licenses or mobile wallet versions) are not accepted for vehicle pickup, in accordance with insurance requirements and Florida traffic regulations. Failure to present the physical license will result in the inability to complete the rental, without immediate refund.

4. Subscription Club and Points System

Monthly Fee:
The subscription fee is recurring and charged on a monthly basis.

Conversion:
Amounts paid are converted into points for exclusive use in reservations with USA RENTAL CAR LLC.

Validity:
Points are subject to expiration rules defined at the time of subscription enrollment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription:
The user may cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future charges but does not entitle the user to refunds of prior monthly fees already converted into points.

Right of Withdrawal:
A 72-hour cancellation period is offered after the initial subscription for a full refund, provided that no benefits or points have been used.

Reservations:
Reservation cancellations are subject to the specific policy outlined in the booking confirmation voucher.

6. User Responsibilities

The user is solely responsible for:

• Carrying the original physical driver’s license and passport during the entire rental period

• Paying tolls (SunPass/E-Pass), traffic fines, and parking fees

• Complying with all traffic laws of the State of Florida

• Returning the vehicle on time and with the fuel level specified in the rental agreement

7. Limitation of Liability

USA RENTAL CAR LLC shall not be held liable for external technical failures or for the inability to complete a rental due to the user’s failure to present the required physical documentation at pickup.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials displayed on the platform are the exclusive property of USA RENTAL CAR LLC and may not be used without prior authorization.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Orlando, Orange County, Florida.
